Tonight, join Doug Skinner as he discusses—and plays!—music attributed to fairies, trolls, banshees, angels, aliens, spirits, time slips, dreams, the afterlife, and other unusual sources, as discussed in his new  book Music From Elsewhere (Strange Attractor Press, 2024). He will also focus on reports that include actual music, and present possible explanations.

Doug Skinner has contributed to Fortean Times, Fate, Nickelodeon, Cabinet, Typo, and other fine publications. His books include short stories, a delightful novel (Nominata), and translations of Alphonse Allais, Luigi Russolo, Alfred Jarry, Charles Cros, Caroline Crépiat, and others. He has written music for theater (particularly for Bill Irwin) and has released three albums on Bandcamp.
