Genius and mental illness or neurodivergence often go hand in hand. Many of the greatest artists of all time struggled with some form of psychological challenge. We’ll take a closer look at how the works of Hugo van der Goes, Francisco de Goya, Vincent van Gogh, Edvard Munch, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Mark Rothko and Willem de Kooning, among others, were informed by the unique features of their brilliant minds.
