Death, Ancestors and The Otherworld in Matriarchal Societies: A Lecture by Dr. Heide Goettner-Abendroth of The International Academy for Modern Matriarchal Studies and Matriarchal Spirituality

Admission: $8 - Tickets and more info HERE

In matriarchal cultures, death is seen form the perspective of rebirth, in which it is not an end, but rather a transition to a different form of life. This realm of the ancestors is imagined as a peaceful Otherworld abundant with beauty and joy. From there, a new transition to life by rebirth is possible at any time. In that way, the circle of different forms of life is full again.
